1-3 DAYS BEFORE START DATE

I’m so excited for you to start your #arbonne30! Here are a few reminders before you start:

1. If weight management is one of your goals, take your “before” pictures wearing form-fitting clothing.

2. Complete the Weight Management Tracker (found in #arbonne30 link & in Facebook Group - Prep Week Unit)

3. Post on social media that you’re starting a clean eating and healthy living program. It’s really fun for people to

root you on, and it helps keep you accountable. You may be surprised at who wants to join you in this. You can even tag me and I’ll root you on too!
